The New York Times praised Veronica’s research on the 2019 book, No Stopping Us Now: Adventures of Older Women in American History by Gail Collins. The book’s “excavation of the past has produced a vault of nuggets and gems,” according to reviewer Lesley Stahl.
Veronica’s cheese expertise is showcased on UK Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped, alongside host Jimmy Doherty (Season 18, Ep. 4: “Brie, Candy Floss, and Crayfish”). She is featured in the upcoming caseophile-odyssey book by Tenaya Darlington, aka Mme Fromage.
